Cajun Garlic Aioli.... It's a fancy mayonnaise, seasoned with Cajun/Creole New Orleans spices. Perfect for about any Chicken Sandwich you might make.

Etoufee is made with any kind of Meat... just in case you were not into sea food. Its Tomato Cajun base is Amazing. So do not limit yourself to not trying it, order it with chicken or pork too!

Any Cajun Meat and Pasta dish is like Alfredo but with a KICK! Shrimp is popular and so is Chicken!


Any good Cajun recipe has Roux. Roux comes in many colors. Dark is common for soup bases like Gumbo. Roux is made a million different ways. Creole people and Cajuns take food to a new level. Food is respected and important. Roux regardless of how you want to make it (cast iron in a oven, or stove top in a fry pan) is always half fat (lard or butter) and half flour. Yes, they can make it with gluten free types.. but JMO its not as good!
Do not forget a CRAW FISH BOIL...
